1. Eligibility and Age Verification

1.1 The betdbt platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

1.2 betdbt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

1.3 Where betdbt has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending a formal age verification review. Any winnings accrued during the period in which the Platform was used by an underage individual will be forfeited in full.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on betdbt at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, and a unique password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.3 betdbt will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent betdbt should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

2.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify betdbt without delay by contacting our 24/7 support team.

2.5 betdbt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or that the account is being used for any unlawful purpose.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 betdbt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. betdbt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. betdbt does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which betdbt accepts no liability.

3.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests at the time of submission.

3.4 betdbt reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before approving any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit supporting documentation, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

3.5 Funds deposited into your betdbt account must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity. Depositing funds solely to facilitate a withdrawal without meaningful wagering activity constitutes misuse of the Platform and may result in the forfeiture of the deposited amount and closure of the account.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 betdbt may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of issue.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times on eligible games or sporting events before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on restricted markets, certain high-odds selections, or games excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.

4.3 Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses through duplicate accounts or other deceptive means is a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings.

4.4 betdbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements, the player will be given a reasonable period — no less than 48 hours — to complete the requirements before the bonus is forfeited.

4.5 Bonuses and promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using betdbt bonus funds, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns, constitutes abuse and may result in the cancellation of the bonus, recovery of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 All bets placed on betdbt are final once confirmed. betdbt does not accept requests to amend or cancel bets after they have been accepted, except in circumstances where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred, as determined at betdbt's sole discretion.

5.2 betdbt reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where:

• The bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled or significantly altered;
• The odds or market were published in error due to a system fault or human error;
• betdbt has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised;
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or any specific betting rules applicable to the market.

5.3 Live in-play betting markets are subject to slight delays in the transmission of match data. betdbt operates a "Palpable Error" policy: if a live bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the actual match state at the time of placement (for example, a bet placed after the outcome is already known due to data lag), betdbt reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake.

5.4 For casino games, slots, and crash games, the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by a physical dealing or spinning mechanism overseen by a trained croupier. betdbt does not manipulate game outcomes and all game results are final once the round has concluded.

5.5 Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product area of the Platform. betdbt reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betdbt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's details;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or withdrawal;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any product on the Platform.

6.2 betdbt cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant regulatory bodies. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported, and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the betdbt platform, including but not limited to the brand name "betdbt", the logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of betdbt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any betdbt content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 betdbt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betdbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 betdbt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 betdbt is not liable for any delays, service interruptions, or failures arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party payment provider failures, natural disasters, or actions of government authorities.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 betdbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, betdbt will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

11.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

12. Governing Language and Contact

12.1 These Terms are written in English, and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from a translation. All formal communications between betdbt and players must be conducted in English.
